This container is intentionally closed to support safety, trust, and depth. Only through safety can true transformation occur.

Weekly group sessions are live, channeled zoom sessions, led by Artemis and the collective, designed to support both personal integration and shared group coherence.

Sessions typically include:

• A brief opening period for personal connection, check-ins, and updates from participants
  
  

• A guided meditation with to bind the circle supporting the development of the group’s access to their energetic fields and tuning awareness of consciousness
  
  

• The introduction of practices for the week, including individual practices and group meditations
  
  

• A teaching or transmission relevant to what is emerging within the group
  
  

• A question and response portion, where guidance is offered directly in response to what each participant is working with
  
  

Each session is shaped by the needs of the group as it unfolds. Guidance is practical, responsive, and grounded in supporting both inner awareness and forward movement in participants’ lives.

Level 1 centers on core life practices and activation techniques, including but not limited to:

• Sensory-based awareness and felt experience
  
  

• Working with the feeling body, emotional body, and cognitive mind
  
  

• Learning to sense, stabilize, and remain present within your consciousness and energetic field
  
  

• Establishing foundational daily practices that support real-life integration

This work does not require special abilities, prior training, or belief systems. What it develops is capacity — the ability to feel, perceive, and remain present with what is already occurring, without needing to exaggerate or suppress it.

This level forms the groundwork that allows deeper or more expansive work to be sustained over time.

• Weekly group meditative practice is an essential part of Level 1
  
  

• Individual meditative practices are offered to work with throughout the week
  
  

• Practices are designed to be accessible and realistic, even within full and busy lives
  
  

Weekly group practice is foundational to this work. Practicing together creates an expanded field of awareness that cannot be accessed in isolation. Through the group, participants begin to sense and relate to consciousness beyond their own personal energetic field — developing awareness of connection, resonance, and perception that extends outward rather than remaining self-contained.

This shared practice supports the safety and freedom to feel, perceive, and integrate what exists beyond the individual, while remaining grounded within one’s own experience. Over time, this builds greater capacity, coherence, and safety in expanded states of awareness.

A defining feature of this work is the direct, participatory presence of guides and supportive intelligences that gather specifically around the group. These presences are engaged consciously and collaboratively, offering insight, clarity, and support that arise through the shared field.

This creates a living dialogue between the group and the intelligence supporting it — an experience many participants describe as both deeply affirming and quietly extraordinary.

Personal guidance is woven into each group session, supporting:

• Greater access to each participant’s consciousness

• Forward movement in participants’ personal lives, goals, and circumstances

• Mutual accountability, created through honest participation, shared reflection, and care for the group field
  
  

Transformation occurs not in abstraction, but through the desires, questions, and lived experiences participants bring.

Each participant is also offered one 30 min individual session during the three-month period, provided as needed for additional support or clarification.

These groups often become close-knit, relational spaces.

Participation requires:

• Willingness to hold presence for others
  
  

• Respect for confidentiality and emotional safety
  
  

• Responsibility for one’s own internal experience
  
  

Access to guides and supportive intelligences relevant to the group is present and participatory during sessions, serving the group as a whole.

This work supports access to the core self — the foundational layer through which consciousness is experienced and embodied. Level 1 establishes the stability, safety, and awareness required for deeper exploration.
